Caserta, located in southern Italy, renown for all the best pizza in the world awards. Also the birth place of Salvatore Fiata. From a family of pizzaiolos, pizza is rooted within Salvatore. Moving away from hometown, before settling in Hong Kong, Salvatore was apprentice to many of the greatest pizzaiolos around the world.
